Sara's decision to team up with advanced product developers to bring the most advanced cellular and acellular regenerative medicine came after an exhaustive search and testing of the best human allograft and extracellular vesicles products made to date. And not only did the current RICHGEN product line exceed her expectations, the line is now expanded with the most advanced proprietary processed and screened extracellular vesicles for research and clinical trials use. Due to the high request from overseas experts, Sara has now opened RichSource Global, Inc. to support more FDA IND clinical studies and research and in other countries using the RichSource product line and in order to be able to supply them globally from outside the USA locations. Navigating the many guidelines, regulations and certifications the FDA requires to export, RichSource Global is the name in the business to support non-USA businesses with importation. Sara's family built one of the largest independent export firms in California and her own experience consulting in 24 countries comes naturally for her to offer RichSource Global services. Sara's ability to build the strongest relationships for the best products continues with further new cellular and acellular products launching later this year.

Raed Almadhoun has joined RichSource as a Vice President for Canada. Raed brings 20 years of experience in medical device sales management, business and product development. Most recently, he worked as a Managing Director leading the go-to-market strategy, sales and operations for Radix Medical where he helped the company grow across multiple specialty and regions.
Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions within Johnson & Johnson where he managed DePuySynthes, Ethicon, Cordis and ASP in multiple countries growing the business to more than $300 Million in annual revenue.
With Raed’s experience, creative sales approach, innovative problem solving skills and product knowledge, we know he will be a dynamic addition to our management team.
Raed is based out of Montreal and would be happy to provide the required support to Canadian customers.

Anthony is an accomplished Medical Device Sales Professional with 20+ years of proven expertise with specialization in Medical/Product sales, brand building, territory account management, and development of successful business partnerships.
Anthony is an exceptional sales leader having developed and motivated sales teams for both emerging and mature sales markets
Anthony is a results driven sales executive with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed aggressive sales goals in a metric driven environment, while providing excellent customer service and developing key sales talent.
Anthony proactively maintains professionalism and client relationships with medical providers, C suite level executives, patients and medical personnel. Knowledgeable and compliant with HIPAA and JCAHO standards. Proficient with MSFT Office Suite, portal and billing applications. Understands business processes involved with launching innovative products, complex sales strategies and brands.

Dave Devens is the Area Vice President for the states of Georgia and South Carolina. He brings a wide range of professional Sales and Marketing experience, and a true dedication to partnering with the medical community to the RSSC team.
His early years of sales in Venezuela and Canada evolved into over thirty years of successful medical, surgical, industrial, and pharmaceutical sales and marketing roles in the Southwest, prior to joining the vanguard in Regenerative Medicine.
With a unique combination of analytical and social personality, Dave has championed the efforts of highly reputable companies over the years- such as W. L. Gore & Assoc., Zeus Industrial Products, Johnson Controls, Inc., Sorin Medical Group, Vital Signs, Inc., and Pharmacia/Pfizer Inc., as well as leading his own consulting efforts for many years. Through these roles, Dave cultivated and delivered an award-winning culture of respect and needs-based business development which ensures that others will benefit from his partnering efforts.
Today, Dave is committed to leading a team who will bring the benefits found in Regenerative Medicine applications to both providers and patients. After several years of advocating for the advancement of hSC/T applications both domestically and abroad, the innovations and technologies of RSSC have become the focus of all his future directives in this field- from IPA’s and hospitals to private practice, and all specialties pursuing the best in patient outcomes.
When asked about his proudest achievements, Dave recounts his times as father and husband as a special part of his storied history. He carries forward with the mission of his time on the Board of The Character and Ethics Project by striving to be a highly ethical and trustworthy example to business, community, and family, and he looks forward to having many rewarding relationships throughout the South in his new role with RSSC.
Bruce Kluft has joined RichSource as the New Jersey and So. New York Area Vice President
Bruce has over 20 years experience in healthcare, medical, and pharma sales, with extensive sales success and clinical expertise in various fields including cardiology, endocrinology, and pain management.
In addition to his background with Abbott Laboratories, Bruce has acquired considerable experience in imaging diagnostics as well as account management in healthcare systems, accountable care organizations and integrated delivery networks. With RichSource, Bruce is motivated to expand awareness of the benefits of regenerative medicine.
Sacramento to Crescent City, CA and Nevada
Tony Laca is a proud Native Nevadan with a Bachelors degree from University Nevada Reno. He has over 25 years of extensive sales and clinical experience in health care and aesthetics.
Tony has former management experience in medical spas, business and product development. His natural ability to communicate with physicians and medical associates is one of his keys to success in this field.
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, British Columbia and Alberta
Ray's career combines business management, higher education and health care finance. It is his privilege to bring his experience to the field of regenerative health care, to be able to educate medical professionals, enabling improved outcomes and lowering risks by offering state of the art acellular products.
Over the last few years Ray has raised money for biotechnology. In the private capital market, he has raised funds from individuals and corporations to build a 500,000 sf medical center and 500 senior residences with a full range of health care options from independent living, assisted living, nursing care to memory care. Ray has presented to many audiences, hired and trained marketing staff, and reached out to diverse communities in English, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese and Punjabi.
In banking Ray specialized in Latin America business clients, supporting complex software and problem solving in Spanish, Portuguese and English. In education, he specialized in enabling universities to move their courses from classroom to online learning, working with over 70 universities, as well as corporate clients including Boeing and Microsoft.

Marc Linscheid has over 20 years in health care related business and served in various executive level positions for multiple Fortune 100 companies including CVS Health/Aetna, Travelers and Met Life. Marc served as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Travelers and Met during the formation of United Healthcare with both Companies health care business.
Marc has energized sales in competitive markets through relentless customer focus and ongoing consultative sales management. He has hired and mentored National Sales teams and has been able to boost revenue in tough, cost-sensitive markets. He has developed record setting sales numbers through customer relationship development and extensive technical product knowledge.In addition Marc has also developed and raised capital investment for several small start up companies.
Marc is originally from Ireland and came to the US on a Track and Field Scholarship. He is a NCAA Champion and four Time All American. He was inducted into the U Mass. Track & Field Hall of Fame in 1986. Marc currently competes in Triathlons and IronMan competition.
Marc says that his passion is working in the Health Care Regenerative Therapy arena and being able to see the physical results with people being able to get back to living a productive and healthy lifestyle and helping athletes return to what they love doing best, pain free.
Damon McCaulley is the Area Vice President for the Keystone State of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the leadership team at RichSource.
Damon has over 20 years of experience in management, sales, business development, and strategic alliance within the Medical, cardiology, and Behavioral Health industries for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including: Abbott Laboratories, Baxter-Edwards and Acadia Healthcare. In addition to his background, Damon has been instrumental in moving the needle forward in Addiction treatment and Prevention. He has served as the Co-Chair of the Professional Liaison Association, Re-entry Committee of Northampton County and recently appeared as a guest on PCN-TV program about the Opioid Epidemic in Pennsylvania.
Damon was raised in Philadelphia by his mother Ethel who instilled in him the values of Honesty, Persistence and Achievement in all his endeavors. He graduated from Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal Virginia and attended Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, obtaining a BA degree in Public Administration. He is a founder of Kappa Omega Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He enjoys reading, exercising, traveling and spending time with his children.

As Area Vice President for Rich Source, Ted Pablo is responsible for developing and executing the strategy and growth initiatives for Ohio,Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia.
Ted joined the company in November 2020 bringing more than 27 years of experience in spine, surgical and orthopedic selling and management. Ted served in management positions with Genesys Spine, Amendia and Custom Spine. Ted owned a successful spine and orthopedic distributorship and grew the business focusing with spine implants, biologics and foot/ankle devices. Ted has significant experience in commercial execution, sales and marketing of medical products. Ted has a Bachelor's Degree Biology from The University of Akron. Ted has three wonderful daughters. Ted enjoys playing tennis, golf, bouldering and white water kayaking.
Colorado and New Mexico
Carla joins RichSource with over 20 years in the medical sales industry. She has held positions with Merck, Abbott Laboratories, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Focus Technologies and the American Red Cross.
Her experience consists of business development, product launch, market analysis, six sigma initiatives and fundraising. Carla has an unlimited amount of curiosity as applied to science and emerging technologies. She has developed a passion focused on stem cell research and its applications over the last 15 years and looks forward to sharing that excitement and potential in the Texas medical community.
Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and So. Illinois
Glenn Zehr is the RichSource Area Vice President for Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and Southern Illinois, and is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
He has 25 years of surgical equipment sales experience including: C-arms for imaging, surgical tables, lights, monitors and neurosurgical instruments. His operating room procedure experience from spine to orthopedic to endoscopy, and extensive vascular cases gives him a true understanding of your needs.

AREA SALES DIRECTORS
I grew up in Los Angeles and Anaheim Hills California for the first 25 yrs of my life including attending San Diego State University where I studied Speech Communications.
I then moved to Las Vegas Nevada working with Pfizer in the medical orthopedic field selling total joints and trauma products for the next 6 years. Following my orthopedic sales representative position, I went to work for Depuy Spine selling spine implants selling various spine products to spine and neurosurgeons for 13 years. Which afterward I took a job as vice president of sales for the western division with Stanley Black and Decker healthcare storage company called Innerspace. My territory was the western half of the U.S. and I managed 40 sales representatives selling storage systems to hospitals. 4 years later the company was sold, and I then started working as an independent sales representative selling Aesthetic Skin Care devices and skin products. This then led me to work with RichSource Stem Cells for the last 2 years.
