Sara Oracle is by no means a new player in major corporate circles. She has been a consultant for Global Fortune 500 companies in 23 countries. From hiring to restructuring to settling disputes, her consulting firm, Breakthrough International Group, Ltd., was known as an industry maverick that major corporations could rely on for planning and instituting positive cultures as well as resolving a full range of internal issues. After 24 years at BIG, Sara is now leveraging the skills and business savvy she accumulated to bring the unlimited potential in consulting services and business development to the regenerative medical field.
Raed Almadhoun has joined RichSource as a Vice President for Canada and the Middle East. Raed brings 20 years of experience in medical device sales management, business and product development. Most recently, he worked as a Managing Director leading the go-to-market strategy, sales and operations for Radix Medical where he helped the company grow across multiple specialty and regions.
Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions within Johnson & Johnson where he managed DePuySynthes, Ethicon, Cordis and ASP in multiple countries growing the business to more than $300 Million in annual revenue.
With Raed’s experience, creative sales approach, innovative problem solving skills and product knowledge, we know he will be a dynamic addition to our management team.
Raed is based out of Montreal and would be happy to provide the required support to Canadian customers.
Dave Devens is the Medical Ambassador for the USA to provide reliable and safe
medical tourism for referral patients from North American clinics. He brings a wide
range of professional treatment experience, travel with patients, and sales and marketing
skills. Dave's true dedication contributes tremendously partnering for RichSource with the medical community to bridge practices under the new restrictive regulations.
His early years of sales in Venezuela and Canada evolved into over thirty years of successful medical, surgical, industrial, and pharmaceutical sales and marketing roles in the Southwest, prior to joining the vanguard in Regenerative Medicine.
With a unique combination of analytical and social personality, Dave has championed the efforts of highly reputable companies over the years- such as W. L. Gore & Assoc., Zeus Industrial Products, Johnson Controls, Inc., Sorin Medical Group, Vital Signs, Inc., and Pharmacia/Pfizer Inc., as well as leading his own consulting efforts for many years. Through these roles, Dave cultivated and delivered an award-winning culture of respect and needs-based business development which ensures that others will benefit from his partnering efforts.
Today, Dave is committed to leading a team who will bring the benefits found in Regenerative Medicine applications to both providers and patients. After several years of advocating for the advancement of hSC/T applications both domestically and abroad, the innovations and technologies of RSSC have become the focus of all his future directives in this field- from IPA’s and hospitals to private practice, and all specialties pursuing the best in patient outcomes.
When asked about his proudest achievements, Dave recounts his times as father and husband as a special part of his storied history. He carries forward with the mission of his time on the Board of The Character and Ethics Project by striving to be a highly ethical and trustworthy example to business, community, and family, and he looks forward to having many rewarding relationships throughout the South in his new role with RSSC.
Glenn Zehr is the RichSource Area Vice President working closely assisting medical practices in continual regenerative medical treatment of their patients offshore. RichSource has locations in Cabo/Cancun, Nassau Bahamas and Jamaica. Glenn helps manage the patient physician and records with the assigned appropriate offshore physician for expert care.
He has 25 years of surgical equipment sales experience including: C-arms for imaging, surgical tables, lights, monitors and neurosurgical instruments. His operating room procedure experience from spine to orthopedic to endoscopy, and extensive vascular cases gives him a true understanding of your needs.

Liane Vivian is Area Sales Director for South East USA. She has spent over 10 years working in veterinary science and five years in pharmacy sales and joined RichSource in 2020.
She enjoys staying active in local charities, and is dedicated to education and growth within the health sciences community. Liane’s steadfast commitment to provide premium service, case-by-case, ensures an excellent customer experience.
